Renters call us about Stillery Fest expecting to buy a ticket, and the thing we explain most often is that there is not one. The festival sits inside the Phoenix Raceway campgrounds and the camping space is the entry, which is why the booking goes through the raceway on 866-408-7223 rather than any festival page. Once you have a lot and site number we take it from there. Worth knowing before you plan: quiet hours run midnight to 6am with generators and speakers off, and each space takes one camping unit and one tow vehicle. The dates have moved between March and October in recent years, so confirm them before you book.
Avondale, Dates Pending
Camping Through Stillery Fest in Avondale, AZ
It Lives in the Campground
This is not a ticketed festival you drive to and park at. It is an activation inside the raceway campgrounds built around a general store, a vendor market, food and drink and live music, and the raceway's own wording is that all campers are welcome to join the festivities. Entry comes with being camped there, which makes the rig the ticket rather than an extra.
Book the Campground, Then Call Us
The raceway is 18.9 miles from Phoenix, about 32 minutes. Because the event sits inside the campgrounds, the booking you need is a camping space, sold on 866-408-7223 rather than through any festival page. Once you have the lot and site number, send it over and we deliver the unit from Phoenix, level it, connect what the lot offers and walk you through it.
Camping Is the Ticket
How This One Differs From a Race Weekend
The shape of this event is unusual and worth saying out loud before you plan a trip around it:
- There is no standalone website and no standalone admission; it exists as a page on the raceway's own site
- The most recent edition ran October 13 to 18 at The Trading Post inside the raceway campgrounds
- An earlier 2026 edition ran in March at Grizzly Campground instead, so both the season and the location have moved
- In that March edition the festival footprint was free to enter and bull riding was sold separately at $20 general admission and $40 VIP
- No 2027 edition appears on the raceway calendar as of early October 2026
Treat the dates as open and confirm before committing to anything.
Settle In for a Week
Units Built for Several Nights in One Spot
Because this runs across most of a week rather than three days, the unit that suits it is one you can live in rather than sleep in. The raceway campground rules still apply in full: quiet hours midnight to 6am with generators and speakers off, one camping unit and one tow vehicle per space, no campfires on open ground.
Our large bunkhouse travel trailers start at $194 a night and sleep up to eight, which over six nights is the lowest total on our lot by a wide margin. If you would rather drive than tow, the Class C units sit at $306 to $406 and need no tow vehicle at all.
