Our Manager and the AZ RV Rentals team plan a lot of Arabian show stays at WestWorld, and the date we bring up first is November 15. Reserved RV space contracts have to be postmarked or emailed by then to get priority, with confirmations going out in December, and a reserved space is $600 flat for the whole run no matter how many nights you use it. Miss that and you are on the $50 nightly first-come list, which is not guaranteed. One thing we cannot answer for you: the show does not publish whether spaces carry water and electric, so ask when you call the office on 480-515-1120 and tell us what they say.

Rigs for the Arabian Horse Show in Scottsdale, AZ
The Deadline Is the Story
A reserved RV space costs $600 flat for the whole show regardless of how long you stay, and priority goes to contracts postmarked or emailed by November 15, 2026, with confirmations sent out in December. Miss that and you are on the $50 a night first-come list, which is not guaranteed. The show also requires a City of Scottsdale liability release alongside the contract.
Ten Days Within Half an Hour
WestWorld is 18.3 miles from Phoenix, around 28 minutes, which matters because this show runs ten or eleven days rather than a weekend. Lock the RV space with the show office on 480-515-1120, then send us the dates and the space assignment and we deliver from Phoenix, level, connect whatever services your space carries and run the walkthrough.
A Show, Not a Weekend
Why Exhibitors Keep the Rig on the Grounds
An eleven-day show changes the maths. Published facts worth planning around:
- Advance reserved RV space is $600 flat for the entire show, whatever your length of stay
- Nightly spaces are $50, first come first served, with no advance reservation taken
- A completed 2027 RV Space Reservation Contract and a City of Scottsdale Liability Release Agreement must both be submitted with payment
- General admission is $15, seniors $10, and youth 17 and under get in free
- Parking is free, and the box office opens daily at 7:30am
For anyone working long days in the barns, a bed and a shower on the property rather than a drive back to a hotel is the entire argument.
Long Stay Setup
Choosing for Eleven Days Rather Than Three
Two things decide the unit here. The first is that $600 buys the space for the whole run, so a longer stay costs nothing extra on the campsite side and the nightly rig rate becomes the whole budget. The second is that the show does not publish whether spaces carry water and electric or none at all. Those details sit inside the reservation contract, so ask when you call.
Our Class C motorhomes at $306 to $406 a night are the practical middle for one or two people working the show, and a 2017 Tiffin sleeping five is the lowest-cost motorhome on the lot. For a family travelling with a young rider, the trailers at $194 keep the total down over a long stay.
