How does your RV rental management program work?

Step 1: Apply
Fill out the quick RV details form below so we can see if your RV is a fit for our program. Once we have the info we will reach out to you if your RV is a great fit! Class A, B, and C motorhomes tend to perform best in our program, as well as newer travel trailers with bunks.

Step 2: Drop Off
Once you sign our rental management agreement, we can schedule a date for you to bring your RV to our facility. Once you arrive, we’ll complete a full inspection and get it rental-ready.

Step 3: Earn
Sit back while we handle storage, cleaning, maintenance, and bookings—and you collect passive income each month.

How much can I make with my RV and when do I get paid?

On average, Motorhome owners can make 6-12K+ per season and Travel Trailer owners can make about 4-8K+ per season in our program. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, but we will work hard to make sure your RV is rented out for top dollar so that you make the most amount of money with your investment.

Owner statements are sent out at the end of each month with a detailed breakdown of all the rentals. Payments are generally sent via zelle along with the owner statements at the end of the month.

Are there any fees to join the program?

No hidden fees! The only cost to you is a small storage fee. Most of our owners choose 6–12 month contracts, but we’re flexible and happy to work with your needs. Fill out the form below, and let’s chat about what works best for you.

What about rental insurance?

Every rental automatically includes supplemental commercial insurance coverage. As the owner, you’ll just keep your personal policy active—no changes required. The extra rental coverage applies to each rental, giving you peace of mind without any extra work or costs. Simple.

What about maintenance and repairs?

Every guest pays a security deposit, and we carefully screen and train them before handing over your RV. If a renter causes damage, they’re fully responsible. The renters would pay for damages out of their security deposit, or as a claim against the supplemental commercial insurance. For any systemic mechanical issues like a failed A/C or water pump, the cost falls to the owner. Our team can quickly diagnose and repair any issue whatsoever to keep your RV earning, but those expenses are billed back to you.To keep your RV reliable and rental-ready, we perform regular maintenance—checking tires, greasing slides, inspecting roofs and seals, and much more. With us, your RV is well cared for by a professional management team and stays productive all season long.
